Yes, the panels of the playpen can be taken out to reduce the overall size of the play pen. This provides flexibility in configuring the play space according to your preferences. This can be done by simply removing the screws on the composite switch, located on both the top and bottom part in between each panel. However, we would like to bring to your attention that removing the panels may affect the warranty coverage of the product and any damage resulting from panel removal may not be covered.
